Voice Mobile, the largest communications provider in the Midlands, uses our SIMTrak software for both Voice Mobile and its SIMs4U subsidiary.
SIMTrak manages the allocation and connection of SIM cards and mobile phones. With the software, Voice are able to identify a single SIM, and be able to
track its path from its original receipt from the service provider, through its despatch to clients and eventually its connection.
Data on allocation and connections is also received electronically from service providers, and SIMTrak automatically imports and allocates this data.
This data is then used to provide connection reports, despatch reports and various other regular reports.
Voice has a turnover of hundreds of thousands of SIM cards per year, and it’s crucial that the data is up to date and reliable.
