| GK Consulting was formed in 1997 by George
Kirkwood and Tanya Webber. George was previously an IT manager for a
software consultancy based in the Midlands, then a pre-sales consultant
for a large UK based IT reseller. During that time George was the
company's primary Microsoft Products specialist, working with Microsoft
as a technical evangelist on Microsoft Enterprise products. |

in Coventry. |

| GK Consulting Ltd was incorporated in
February 1999. Since that time sales have increased steadily. Some of
the customers we first provided systems for, way back in 1999, are still
current customers. We continue to develop, maintain and support their
systems in a timely manner and always have. |

| We are still a privately owned company, own
our building and all assets are owned outright. |

| We have now removed our 0870 number from this
